  • 1 cup dried cranberries Can be substituted with raisins for a twist.
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped Can swap for almonds or hazelnuts.
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows Optional for extra fluffiness.
  • Sea salt for sprinkling Optional but highly recommended!

Preparation

  • Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl by heating in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
  • Once the chocolate is melted, stir in chopped pecans, dried cranberries, and mini marshmallows until everything is well coated.
  • Using a spoon or small cookie scoop, drop heaping tablespoons of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing them apart.
  • Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top of each cluster and place the tray in the fridge for about 30 minutes or until set.

Serving

  • Once set, serve immediately or store leftovers in an airtight container.

Notes

Feel free to substitute ingredients or add extras like shredded coconut. Store leftovers in the fridge for about a week.
