  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced

For the Creamy Cilantro Sauce

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Let it sit for a few minutes.

Cooking the Shrimp

  • In a skillet over medium heat, add the seasoned shrimp. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.

Making the Mango Salsa

  • In a separate bowl, combine diced mango, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and a pinch of salt. Mix well and taste.

Making the Creamy Cilantro Sauce

  • Blend together Greek yogurt (or sour cream), cilantro, lime juice, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.

Assembly
