Ingredients
  

Seafood and Vegetables

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 1 pound crab legs Optional, can be substituted with mussels or clams.
  • 1 pound baby potatoes
  • 2 ears corn, cut into thirds

Seasoning and Extras

  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning Or your favorite seafood seasoning.
  • 4 tablespoons butter Melted for flavor.
  • 1 lemon, sliced For flavor and garnish.
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish To add color.
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cut four pieces of aluminum foil about 18 inches long.
  • On each piece of foil, layer the baby potatoes, corn, shrimp, and crab legs.
  • Sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning, and place a pat of butter and slices of lemon on top.
  • Seal the foil tightly to create packets, ensuring there are no holes.

Cooking

  • Place the packets directly on the oven rack and bake for about 25-30 minutes.
  • Carefully open the packets, watching out for hot steam, and garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

Feel free to customize the seafood with chicken sausage or just vegetables if desired. Experiment with different seasonings for a twist!
