  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows Adds texture and sweetness

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Line an 8×8 inch square baking dish with aluminum foil, leaving some overhang.
  • In a medium saucepan, mix together the sugar and Hershey's cocoa.

Cooking

  • Gradually stir in the milk and butter into the saucepan. Turn the burner to medium heat and stir constantly.
  • Bring the mixture to a rolling boil, then let it bubble for 5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and marshmallows until well mixed.

Setting and Serving

  • Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and smooth it out.
  • Allow the fudge to set at room temperature for a few hours or refrigerate to speed up the process.
  • Once firm, lift out using the foil overhang and cut into squares.

Notes
