  • 2 cans crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup Italian seasoning blend
  • 1 large egg, beaten for egg wash

  • marinara sauce for dipping

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Assembly

  • Open the crescent roll cans, unroll the dough, and separate it into triangles. Arrange them in a circle on the baking sheet with the pointed ends facing outward.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the diced ham, pepperoni, shredded mozzarella, and a sprinkle of Italian seasoning. Spoon the mixture into the center of the dough circle.
  • Fold the outer dough triangles over the filling, tucking the points under to form a ring. Brush the top with beaten egg.

Cooking

  • Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Allow to cool for a minute before serving with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

Mix it up by substituting ham with cooked chicken or adding veggies like spinach or bell peppers. If the dough is stiff, allow it to warm up slightly before stretching.
