Ingredients
  

Seafood

  • 2 pieces lobster tails (about 6-8 ounces each)
  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined Look for fresh catch at your local market!

Butter Mixture

  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped Add more if desired!
  • 1 unit Juice of 1 lemon
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika For that extra kick!

Serving

  • 1 unit lemon wedges For serving

Preparation

  • Start by preheating your grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F).
  • Prepare your seafood by slicing through the shell of the lobster tails lengthwise to expose the meat.

Marinate

  • Mix the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and paprika in a bowl.
  • Set aside one-third of this mixture for serving later and brush the rest over the lobster and shrimp.

Grilling

  • Place the lobster tails shell-side down on the grill, and cook for about 6-8 minutes, basting with the butter mixture.
  • Add the shrimp to the grill, cooking for 2-4 minutes per side, until all seafood is cooked through.

Serve

  • Plate the grilled lobster and shrimp, serve with lemon wedges, and drizzle the reserved garlic butter on top.

Notes

Feel free to substitute lobster with other seafood like crab or scallops. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days.
