Preparation

  • Pat the calamari dry with a paper towel to ensure a nice char on the grill.
  • In a mixing bowl, toss the calamari with olive oil, minced garlic, sliced chilies, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for about 15-20 minutes.

Cooking

  • Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  • Place the calamari rings on the grill for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until slightly charred and opaque.
  • Remove the calamari and sprinkle with chopped parsley and a squeeze of lemon juice.

Notes
