  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  • In a big mixing bowl, combine the cubed potatoes, sliced bell peppers, and onions. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle in garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  • Spread the seasoned veggies evenly on a large, rimmed baking sheet. Roll the sausages and place them among the veggies.

Cooking

Notes
