Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup or mushroom if you’re feeling adventurous
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix your secret weapon for flavor
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese because cheese makes everything better
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • optional cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of your crockpot.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, ranch seasoning mix, and melted butter. Stir until combined.
  • Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crockpot and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Cooking

  • Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  • About 30 minutes before serving, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the chicken and allow it to melt.

Serving

  • Serve your glorious chicken over rice or noodles.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat gently in the microwave.
