Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat the mixture until smooth and creamy using an electric mixer.
  • Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  • Add the cherry pie filling and gently stir it in until you see beautiful ribbons of red throughout.
  • In a serving bowl or individual cups, create layers of the cheesecake fluff and graham cracker crumbs, alternating layers.
  • Let it chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.

Notes

Feel free to swap out cherry filling for strawberry or blueberry for a fun twist. You can also whip your own heavy cream if you're out of whipped topping. This dessert keeps well in the fridge for up to two days.
