  • 2-3 cloves garlic (minced) Fresh garlic is preferred, but garlic powder can be used as a substitute.

Cooking Instructions

  • In a medium-sized skillet, melt the butter over medium heat until bubbly and fragrant.
  • Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
  • Toss the drained corn into the skillet and stir everything together. Let it sauté for another 5-7 minutes until heated through.
  • Once your corn is warmed up, sprinkle in some salt and pepper to taste. Stir well and plate it. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Reheating might not do justice to the buttery goodness. This dish is versatile; feel free to add other seasonings like paprika or chili powder for a kick.
