Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, add your peanut butter, powdered sugar, and graham cracker crumbs. Mix with your hands or a spatula.
  • Roll the mixture into tablespoon-sized balls, yielding about 20-25 balls.
  • Place the peanut butter balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes.

Notes

If you have sticky fingers, dampen your hands before rolling the balls. These balls can also be dipped in melted chocolate or rolled in coconut or chopped nuts for extra flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
